Ingredients:                                                                                                             

  • 250 gram chicken with bones
  • Take 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, you can also use chop Ginger or Garlic.
  • Put 1/2 tsp salt
  • Now Put 5-6 cups of water in a Pot.
  • Again 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder, leveled
  • 1.2 tsp Chinese salt (Ajinomoto), optional It’s optional Put it to the soup on your taste.
  • 2  egg whiteness.
  • 4-5 tbsp. corn flour or as required for thickness
  • 1/3 cup sweet corn, crushed,

  • 3-4 tbsp. white vinegar with 2-3 green crushed chilies Soy sauce to taste
  • 3-4 tbsp. white vinegar with 1 tbsp. red chili paste/sauce

1. Take an empty pot, add 5-6 cups of water, then salt, ginger or garlic paste,  and chicken. Let it boil. Then cook this mixture on a medium flame for 10-15 minutes.

2. Remove the chicken pieces from stock, and shred the chicken into small pieces. Set the chicken aside.

3. Into the 4-5 tbsp. of the Cornflour (add more cornflour if required) add the water and make a flat mixture of it. Make sure there are no lumps in it.

4. On a plate, add sweet corn and set this aside. (Add whole corn if you prefer).

5. Now into chicken stock adds 1 tsp salt, black pepper powder, and Chinese salt, shredded chicken, and crushed corn. Mix it well and let it boil.

6. Start adding cornflour into the mixture slowly and stir continuously to prevent lumps. Adjust consistency according to your preference.

7. At the end, add egg whites and stir constantly so that egg whites will distribute consistently.

8. Boil on the middle flame for an extra 2 minutes.
