Step By Step How to make Chocolate cake recipe from scratch.


Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe ingredients.




  •   (1 ½ cup) 180g All-purpose flour.
  •  (1/2 cup+2 tbsp.) 77g cocoa powder.
  • 1 ½ tsp. baking powder.
  •  ½ tsp baking soda.
  •  ½ tsp salt.
  •  (1 cup) 200g grand fine sugar.
  •  (1/3 cup+1 tbsp) 79g any Butter. You can also use vegetable oil instead of Butter.
  •  2 Eggs.
  •  (1/4 cup+1 tbsp) 80ml whole milk + 1 tbsp vinegar.
  •  (1/2 cup+1 tbsp) 140ml water + 2 tsp coffee for more best taste. (Optional)
  •  1 tsp vanilla extract / essence



Now the question is that why do I added vinegar. When you added vinegar to milk they produce Buttermilk. Mix them and set aside 3 to 5 minutes. The consistency will be slightly thickened. Those who do not know that Milk and vinegar produce buttermilk. For the best result add milk and butter and put aside for 3 to 5 minutes.


Chocolate Ganache Recipe ingredients:


Ganache is a sweet and creamy chocolate which is especially used for frosting.


  •   250g Dark or any sweet chocolate.
  •  125g whipping cream or heavy cream.



Direction to follow the steps to make the Moist chocolate cake:


1. Preheat the oven at 180̊ C/355 ̊ F
2. The most important thing that is (sieve/strainer) 3 times all the dry ingredients because it makes the cake well mixture and in a bowl and set aside.
3. In another bowl, add sugar, oil, eggs. Add the eggs one and only at a time and mix till combined.
4.  Add in the dry ingredients in 2 batches, mix until the dry ingredients disappear. Do not over mix.
5. Add the milk and mix until combined.
6.  In a small pot, add water and coffee. Bring to a boil. Then add into the mixture. Mix until combined.
7. Pour the mixture into 2 prepared 7-inch pans. Or as you have any 5-inch pan. Divide the mixture evenly into the 2 pans. The weighing scale is recommended.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180̊ C/355 ̊ F for 30-35 minutes.
 If the cake baked then put it in a cool place.
9. Cool on the cooling rank.


Direction of Chocolate Ganache:


Ganache is a sweet and creamy chocolate which is especially used for frosting.

1.Cut chocolate into small chunks.

2. Then take a small pot and add the water to it. When the water  comes to a boil take the glass bowl and put it in the pot then add

the heavy cream. Then pour over the chocolate chunks. Let it rests for 1 minute. And off the stove. 

3. Mix it well to avoid lumps. If you still find lumps, put them in the microwave for 30 seconds. The consistency will be liquid at this point. Refrigerate for 30 min.

4. After 30 minutes, use an electrical beater to mix it. The chocolate color will turn to a lighter color. 

5. Then frost with chocolate ganache cream.
